Zambia hosts Nigeria’s U-23 in April

Flying EaglesThe Nigeria’s dream team U-23 National Team, will now take on their Zambian counterparts in an 11th All-Africa Games final round qualifying match at the National Heroes Stadium, Lusaka

The Renaissance reports that the match was earlier scheduled for the Levy Nwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.

This is contained in a letter addressed to the NFF General Secretary and signed by Julio Chiluba, Head of Administration/Competitions of the Football Association of Zambia.

It also informed the NFF that the match would now come up on Sunday, April 12 at 3:00 pm Zambia time.

It would be recalled that both teams played goalless draw in the first leg played at the National Stadium, Abuja on Sunday, March 22.

The winner of the fixture will qualify for the Men’s Football Tournament of the 11th All-Africa Games, coming up in Congo-Brazzaville between Sept . 3 and Sept 18.
