Trump’s Emergence: Palestinians in Real Danger of Extermination

The out-going US Secretary of State, John Kerry has been quoted by CNN as warning that a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is now “in serious jeopardy”.

Meanwhile, the BBC reports that president-elect Donald Trump has told Israel to “stay strong”until he takes office on Jan. 20, 2017, promising to protect Israel from the recently adopted UN resolution condemning the continued building of Israeli settlement on Palestinian land as illegal.

For fair-minded people worldwide (not religious and/or racist bigots!), these indeed are very worrying reports.

The late global icon Nelson Mandela was not a fan of Israel not because of religion but because, having suffered from apartheid in South Africa, he couldn’t stomach Israeli apartheid against the Palestinian people.

Most countries at the United Nations, particular the West, are majority-Christian countries, but they are fiercely opposed to the continued Israeli occupation of Palestinian lands because of the injustice of it all.

A few years back, a top minister resigned from Israeli president Benjamin Netanyahu’s cabinet because when he realised that Netanyahu had no serious plans whatsoever to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

And, not too long ago, a top defence official in Netanyahu’s government threatened that the next time there was a Palestinian uprising against Israeli occupation, the Israeli military would ensure that the Palestinians did not survive to tell the story.

Everything is pointing clearly towards a grand Israeli plan to wipe out the Palestinians and take over the whole of their land permanently.

Netanyahu has been biding his time.

US President-elect, Donald Trump

Now, Donald Trump will soon put the weighty stamp of authority of a US president on Netanyahu’s agenda.

To start with, Trump plans to move the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem as an endorsement of Israeli plans to take the whole city from the Palestinians.

He has shortlisted pro-Israeli Republican hardliners for the post of US ambassador to Israel.

It is now only a matter of days for the grand Israeli master plan to roll into action.

Where do YOU stand in all of this? Are you backing the Palestinians because they’re Arabs or you’re supporting Israel because its a Jewish state?

Are you against the Palestinians because majority of them are Muslims or you are against Israel because the Jews are not Christians.

If your affiliation on this conflict is based on religion or race, you’re WRONG! In case you didn’t know, there are Israeli Arabs just as there are Palestinian Christians.

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is not about race or religion even if some racists and religionists insist on giving it that coloration to serve their own wicked motives.

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is primarily about INJUSTICE and JUSTICE. It is about a struggle for land, a homeland.

The whole world represented by the UN have adopted many resolutions on this conflict but Israel continues to flout these resolutions, especially on the issue of Israeli settlements building on Palestinian land.

Israel is able to do that because it has the military might to force its way against the weaker Palestinians.

It is about might, not right. But that will NOT be the case for ever.

No matter how long it takes; no matter what Netanyahu does to steal and covert Palestinian land to Israeli use, JUSTICE will be done one day.

The wheel of justice rolls slowly, but it rolls surely. The Law of Karma is the law of nature.

Justice will be done no matter what; it will come to pass!

Any fair-minded person who reads this, irrespective of religion, nationality or race, should say a silent prayer for the oppressed people of Palestine.

That is the least that we owe them for the sake of our collective humanity.
