The Muslim Public Affairs Centre MPAC Nigeria has donated a rich collection of Islamic Books including an English translated Quran to The Guardian Newspapers Library.
The books were received by Mr Suleiman Salaudeen, one of the newspaper’s very dynamic journalists from Mr Abdul-Warees Solanke, MPAC Director of Media and Strategic Communication.
Mr Salaudeen thanked MPAC for the donation and assured that the books shall be made available to The Guardian newspapers library users for research and information purposes.
Meanwhile, the MPAC Media & Strategic Communications Department has received more donations of Quran as charity or Sadaqatul Jaariyyah from some Nigeria Muslims in memory of their departed loved ones.
The Quran is to be distributed freely to individuals and public facilities such as schools and libraries, hotels and malls with provision for mosques.
Contact MPAC Secretariat, 21 Salvation Road Opebi Ikeja for enquiries on any issue of concern relating to Muslim public affairs.
