Our lips smile in sorrow,
And laugh in pain.
We hide beneath the skins of our flesh,
Like we playin’ hide and seek.
Can what we feel be sought by sorrowful souls?
The mirror reflects what you deem it to reveal,
Conceals all that you conceal,
The reality flows in our veins in full current.
The staggering man drowns his misery
In the miserable liquor,
As the mouth; shaped in laughter drowns its sorrows
In empty smiles and laughter.
Our hearts are tombs that embody desolated emotions,
Our skins, lips are masks/veils that
Paint our world into a colourless rainbow.
